Lap Sit Storytime Week of 4/3/2017

As much as I miss storytime during breaks, sometimes a week off (like last week’s Spring Break) is really refreshing and makes me even more excited for our last six weeks of the session. Here’s what we were up to this week:

If You’re Ready For a Story

If you’re ready for a story clap your hands (clap clap)

If you’re ready for a story clap your hands (clap clap)

If you’re ready for a story, if you’re ready for a story

If you’re ready for a story clap your hands (clap clap)

If you’re ready for a story stomp your feet (stomp stomp)

If you’re ready for a story stomp your feet (stomp stomp)

If you’re ready for a story, if you’re ready for a story

If you’re ready for a story stomp your feet (stomp stomp)

If you’re ready for a story wave hello

If you’re ready for a story wave hello

If you’re ready for a story, if you’re ready for a story

If you’re ready for a story wave hello

Open shut them, open shut them

Give a little clap clap clap

Open shut them, open shut them

Put them in your lap lap lap

Creep them crawl them, creep them crawl them

Right up to your chinny chin chin

Open wide your little mouth—but do not let them in!
